Policies and Fees:

A trial is required for the bride. This is very helpful to make the wedding day go smoothly and we can practice more than one look.

Minimums for on location on the wedding day is $550 or at least 5 services total (i.e. hairstyle is 1 service).

Hair must be clean and completely dry or a $25 fee will be added for a blowout.

Booking / travel fee- $50 (+$50 for each additional stylist needed on site).  Additional $0.75 cents per mile booking fees will apply if the assigned stylist will have to travel farther than 45 minutes from his/her home. 

The booking / travel fee is non-refundable and is to be paid up to 10 days after quote is sent and contracted services are agreed upon. It is in addition to your service charge. It covers holding your date as well as mileage and set up/clean up time.

Services must be paid in full at least 2 weeks before the date of the wedding.(This helps make your wedding day go smooth. Everyone scheduled will already be paid for and does not have be tracked down, nor bothered for payment.)

Brides are responsible for payment to Amber Madden for all services to be provided for the wedding day and for the wedding party (wedding party members can then pay you if all are paying separately). Check/Cash/Venmo is preferred, but card is possible for in salon payments!

Hotel accommodations will be required if wedding location is farther then an hour and a half drive.
